Spiritual Significance

Ayodhya, being a sacred Teerth Kshetra on the banks of the holy Saryu River, is one of the most auspicious places to perform Shradh karma. Performing these rituals in Ayodhya is believed to grant mukti (liberation) to ancestors and bring peace, prosperity, and removal of Pitru Dosh to the family. These are essential Vedic Karmkand rituals prescribed in the Garuda Purana and other sacred texts.
