1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Namami Spiritual Yatra website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Namami Spiritual Yatra provides curated pilgrimage packages, puja booking services, accommodation arrangements, and related spiritual travel services in Ayodhya, Varanasi, and Prayagraj. All services are subject to availability and may be modified based on local conditions, temple regulations, and seasonal factors.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment (typically 30% of the total cost). The remaining balance is due 7 days before the service date. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and PayPal for international customers. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) with approximate USD equivalents for reference; the INR amount is the binding price.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 15 or more days before the service date receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to a future date within 6 months at no additional cost, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit the full amount paid.
5. Travel & Safety
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure guest safety, pilgrimage travel involves inherent risks including crowds, weather, and physical exertion at temple sites. Guests are advised to carry personal medication, dress appropriately for temple visits, and follow the guidance of our team at all times. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance independently.
6. Temple Regulations
Temple darshan timings, entry regulations, photography rules, and access policies are determined by respective temple trusts and authorities. Namami Spiritual Yatra facilitates access but cannot guarantee specific darshan timings or entry during periods of high footfall, festivals, or unforeseen closures. VIP darshan access is arranged through proper channels but is ultimately subject to temple authority discretion.
7. Online Puja Services
For remote/online puja services, we commit to performing the ritual as described, at the specified temple or location, by a qualified pandit. Live video links are provided via WhatsApp or Zoom. Prasad is shipped post-ceremony; delivery timelines vary by destination. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Namami Spiritual Yatra and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Namami Spiritual Yatra acts as a facilitator and coordinator of spiritual travel services. While we vet all partners and service providers, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party hotels, transport providers, or temple authorities. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
